Where do you deliver?
We deliver free across greater Los Angeles. Outside LA, packs ship overnight on dry ice for a flat $35/box.
Can I mix raw and cooked?
Yes, every 4 or 8 pack can be split any way you want. Default is 2 beef raw / 2 chicken raw if you don't customize.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Anyone can subscribe at non member pricing. Active training clients unlock member rates automatically.
How do I store it?
Frozen on arrival. Thaw 24h in the fridge before serving. Sealed packs are good for 9 months frozen, 4 days thawed.
What's your cancel policy?
Month to month, cancel anytime from your account. No fees, no minimums.
Most owners start with the 4 pack.
A 4 pack covers a single 60 to 80 lb working dog for about a month. Bigger dogs or multi dog homes scale to the 8 pack.
