1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, purchasing a dog, enrolling in a training program, or booking any service from Delta K9 Academy ("Delta K9," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Delta K9 provides dog training, protection-dog placement, boarding, daycare, grooming, and related services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are documented in each signed service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
3. Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable and reserve a training slot or hold a specific dog. Balances are due per the schedule in your service agreement. Late payment may forfeit your reservation.
4. Lifetime Support Warranty
Every board-and-train graduate is eligible for lifetime obedience tune-ups at our facility, subject to scheduling and reasonable use. Coverage is for the originally enrolled dog and handler only and excludes new behavior issues caused by neglect, abuse, or third-party trainers.
5. Protection-Dog Placement
Protection dogs are placed only with handlers who complete our onboarding and handler-coaching program. Buyers acknowledge the responsibilities of owning a trained protection dog, including local laws, liability insurance, and safe storage.
6. Health & Liability
Owners certify their dog is current on vaccinations and free of contagious illness at intake. Delta K9 carries appropriate insurance but is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal training stress, or losses outside our reasonable control.
7. Financing
Financing is provided by third-party lenders. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender. Delta K9 is not a creditor and makes no representations about credit decisions.
8. Media Release
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Delta K9 a non-exclusive license to use photos and video of your dog for marketing.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
